Call for Position papers
Carter suggested we should increase the scientific program within FMVCC. An ideal would be to prepare and present position paper. Suggestion it that these be presented as a debato to a public meeting Grey suggested that these should be suitable for publication in a peer reviewed journal. Parasitology Today would be an ideal journal.
For example:
Challenge models for blood stage vaccines.
Efficacy end points and ethics of Phase IIb studies.
FMVCC’s niche will be in the development and testing of vaccines and are likely to be practically orientated.
Next meeting: come to a decision to topics and plan method of presentation.
